Instructions on How to Order:
Call Timings: 10:00 am to 9:00 pm
Pick-up Timings: 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
[ No Orders on Sundays! ]
- You may place your orders by emailing us on sweetreats.hyd@gmail.com or filling out our order form
- Please check our Order Availability Calendar before placing your order.
- You will receive our call for confirmation, as soon as we get your order details through email/order form.
- Order at least 15 days before the pickup date. The earlier you place your order, more are the chances of getting your order confirmed.
- We start taking orders from the 15th of every Month and close bookings as soon as the dates/slots get filled.
- When reserving your place do inform us whether the order to be placed is a tier cake, customized cake or cupcakes.
- Urgent orders are fulfilled subject to availability. Same day urgent orders are charged extra. (Urgent orders are those placed on the same day of pick-up or a day before the pick-up date)
- Tier Cakes prices start from Rs.1000. Prices depend on the size of the cake and on the level of customization.
- The prices of Customized Birthday Cakes depend on the design and size of the cake.
- The messages on the cakes may cost more depending on the number of words in the message. (First 15 words are not charged)
- Once you've placed your order kindly don't change the pick-up date and time, unless it’s very necessary!
Payment:
The payment should be done at the time of pick-up/take away.
Advance Payment In case of orders more than Rs.800, 75% payment should be done in advance for confirmation of the order, and the remaining 25% at the time of pick-up.
